Anorexia is not a size, there is no look of an eating disorder. There is simply a person who is struggling and probably is hiding it well. You can’t know who has those issues, who could be in a life or death battle or who could be just fine, so you can’t make comments to bring any of them down. Saying “your fat” could make one person say whatever, but to another, it could make them not eat for days. Don’t say things that could potentially hurt them, because the truth is, you have no clue who you could be hurting, and how badly they could be hurting
